In the drive for health and wellness, we're all heroes - whether personally battling an ailment or supporting a loved one persevering through illness. PPD wants to celebrate the inspiring stories of heroes for health. There are many ways to get involved and be a PPD Beach2Battleship Hero. Tell us your story! Let us know if:
- You're a triathlete planning to compete in PPD Beach2Battleship and have participated in a clinical research trial
- You are a triathlete planning to compete in PPD Beach2Battleship in honor of a family member or friend who has participated in a clinical trial
- You're involved in the We Build People program of the Wilmington Family YMCA (the beneficiary of the PPD Beach2Battleship Triathlon)
- You're a survivor of illness planning to compete in the triathlon
- You are planning to compete in the triathlon in honor of a survivor
- You'd like to volunteer for race-related activities
