Compass Elite Joins PPD B2B as Coaching Partner

PPD Beach2Battleship welcomes Compass Elite as the official coaching partner of PPD Beach2Battleship 2012. In addition to 6 Month Training Plans for both distances, Compass Elite will be hosting two training camps to help athletes prepare for their best Beach2Battleship triathlon. Compass Elite professional coaches Matthew Clancy and Tony Vukovics are USA Triathlon Certified, as well as USA Cycling, USA Swimming, USA Track & Field and American Swim Coaches Association certified.

2012 Event Date Change
Nov 22, 2011The 2012 PPD Beach2Battleship date has been changed. After several meetings with local agencies event officials have made the decision to move the 2012 edition of PPD B2B to October 20, 2012. This new date will be of benefit to nearly all involved including athletes for a host of reasons (warmer temperatures, less conflict with other area events, more favorable swim tides, etc).
Current registrants will be contacted shortly about full refund options or staying in the event on the new date. REGISTRATION FOR THE OCTOBER 20, 2012 DATE WILL RE-OPEN ON DECEMBER 1, 20111 AT 8:00AM.
